Loma Linda, California is located in the Inland Empire area of Southern California and is best known for the Loma Linda University and Children's Hospital. But the city itself is home to many residents and homeowners, with a population well over 25,000 and counting. The city is geologically located on the south side of the 10 Freeway, between Waterman Avenue and California Street, and sits north of the Box Springs Mountain and Reche Canyon.
Loma Linda homes are mostly single family residences, but condominium and townhome communities do exist. Manufactured homes also are available, but very limited. Most homes were built late 20th Century, but span from the early 1900's to 2007. New homes are available in the Citrus Lane planned community.
