Highland, California is situated on the eastern side of the Inland Empire. It belongs to San Bernardino County, and is the gateway to the San Bernardino Mountains by route of the 330 Highway. Highland also stretches west to east from the San Bernardino Airport to the 38 Highway, another entrance into the San Bernardino Mountains.
Highland homes are typically single family builds but some condos and condominium complexes do exist. Homes in Highland can be divided into two separate locations in the city: the East Highlands and west of the 210 Freeway. Many homes are pre-existing builds and an average age of 20 years and older, but newer homes can be found and new communities like Serrano at Glenrose Ranch are currently building.
