Oak Valley Greens in Beaumont, California is a single family home community originally built starting in 2001. The community has had a few different builders including Pulte, Pacific Century Homes, and Osborne Development Corp., and is flanked by the popularl golf course, the Oak Valley Golf Club.
The Oak Valley Greens community essentially consists of homes and neighborhoods on either side of Oak View Drive from Oak Valley Parkway up to Brookside Avenue. The sub-communities include The Estates and Fore Seasons. Each sub-community was developed separately by builders mentioned above. The area is also home to, yet separate from Solera @ Oak Valley Greens, which is a large 55+ retirement community on Fairway Drive from Oak View.
In the middle of the community between Iris Street and Parkview Street is Fallen Heroes Park. The park primarily serves residents and rarely has any special events scheduled. The park is large though, stretching from Oak View Drive to the Noble Creek wash on the back side of Oak Valley Greens with a rolling hill up to the top that provides a bird's eye view of the community. Homes on Stargazer Street and Hillview Street have views of the park. The whole area has a view of the San Gorgonio Mountains.
Homes in the Oak Valley Greens range in size from two bedrooms to five bedrooms, and includes square footage ranging from 1,200 square feet to over 3,000 square feet. The community is known for its low special assessments/Mello Roos and no HOA, and also borders the PGA Qualifying Oak Valley Greens Golf Club, a top-rated Gold Course according to Zagat Golf Survey.
On the north end of Oak View Drive near Brookside Ave and the border of Cherry Valley, is The Estates sub-community, with single level homes that attract the buyer looking for houses with large bedrooms and no stairs. Opposite of The Estates on the other side of Oak View Drive is the other sub-community of Fore Seasons, with one and two story homes containing two to four bedrooms.
Homes located on the streets Long Drive, Spyglass Court, Lakeside Avenue, and Lakeview Street and on the northwest side of the community have golf course views, trees permitting. There's also a few side streets jutting off the west side from Fairway Drive that's a part of the community on Willowbend Way, Augusta Street and St. Andrews Way.
The community is served by the Brookside Elementary School on Brookside Ave, Mountain View Middle School on Beaumont Ave, and Beaumont High School, also on Brookside Ave, though technically located on Cherry Valley Blvd.. The Beaumont Unified School District's main offices are also located on Brookside Ave.
