Beaumont is a beautiful, expanding city known for its location along the surrounding mountain foothills, its multiple planned communities, and low cost of living compared to many areas to the west. According to the U.S. Census American Community Survey, it was the fastest growing city in California for the year 2018. And in 2021 the city won the title again.
The city has a long history in The Pass Area. Originally incorporated in 1912, the name Beaumont comes from the French term meaning "Beautiful Mountain". The city sits at the top of the San Gorgonio Pass, between the San Bernardino Mountains and Mount San Gorgonio. The area began populating after a stage coach stop was established, and later a rail station, to help travelers and shipments through the area on the way to the Pacific Coast.
As of May 2022, the median price of homes in the city is $530,000 with roughly 250 listings available, including Active, Coming Soon, Active Under Contract and Pending listings. Most of these homes for sale are standard, stick-built homes, but some manufactured properties are included. Some of the more popular communities include Sundance, Tournament Hills, The Fairways and the 55+ Four Seasons community. Many of these homes and their communities have have home owner's associations and HOA fees, but not all.

There's many types of home options, so whatever you're looking for, you're sure to find your perfect home! Communities range from standard single family neighborhoods to HOA gated communities, and a few, but large 55+ communities.
