Peacock Valley is a small community, but has very low HOA dues compared to other Banning communities and can be as low as $100 a year! Most consider the homes in Peacock Valley as condos because many units are attached to other units by their garage spaces, but many are actually recorded as SFR, or single family residences, on assessor data.
